Afterward, you'll have some free time to explore local markets and indulge in shopping for unique crafts and souvenirs.
Next, we will head to the Mountain of the Dead (Gebel Al-Mawta), located just over a kilometer north of Shali. This conical mountain is home to tombs dating back to the 26th Dynasty, the Ptolemaic period, and the Roman era. You’ll explore four significant tombs carved into the mountain, offering a fascinating glimpse into the ancient burial practices of Siwa.
