Afterward, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant, giving you a taste of the rich culture. The tour then continues to Memphis, the capital of ancient Egypt during the Old Kingdom. In Memphis, you'll see the impressive Statue of Ramses II, one of the largest ancient Egyptian statues, and the magnificent Alabaster Sphinx, a true testament to Egypt’s monumental artistry.
Next, head to Dahshur, home to two of the most well-preserved pyramids in Egypt: the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid. Both pyramids were built under the reign of King Sneferu, marking a significant evolution in pyramid construction that ultimately led to the development of the Great Pyramids of Giza. On Day 4 of your Egypt adventure, enjoy a private guided tour to Alexandria from Cairo. Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel at 7:00 AM by our expert Egyptologist. You will then travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to Alexandria, located about 220 km northwest of Cairo. You will arrive in Alexandria around 10:00 AM and begin your day of exploration.
Your first stop is the Kom el Shoqafa Catacombs, one of the most famous historical sites in Alexandria. Dating back to the 2nd century A.D., these catacombs were used for burials for over 200 years. The site offers a fascinating glimpse into the blend of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman cultures that influenced Alexandria during that time.
Next, visit the Pompey’s Pillar. Despite its name, the pillar has no direct connection to the Roman general Pompey. It is believed to have been erected to honor the Roman Emperor Diocletian. Standing 25 meters tall, it is the largest ancient monument in Alexandria and offers stunning views of the city.
Afterward, head to the Citadel of Sultan Qaitbay, built in the 15th century by the Mamluk Sultan Qaitbay. This impressive fortress was constructed using the ruins of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, which was damaged in an earthquake in 1303. The Citadel stands as a reminder of Alexandria’s rich Islamic history and its strategic importance.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant, where you can sample traditional dishes of Alexandria.
In the afternoon, visit the New Library of Alexandria, a modern architectural marvel that reopened in 2002. This library pays homage to the ancient library of Alexandria and serves as a cultural hub for arts, history, philosophy, and science. It is not only a place to explore literature but also a center for dialogue and intellectual exchange.
After a day full of history and culture, return to Cairo, arriving around 7:00 PM. Spend the night in Cairo and prepare for the next leg of your Egyptian adventure.

From there, you'll head towards Bahariya Oasis, located about 350 km east of Cairo. The drive takes approximately 4 hours, with stops along the way for a quick break, restroom, and coffee.
Upon arrival at Bahariya Oasis around 10:00 AM, you’ll switch to a 4x4 Jeep to start your thrilling ride through the desert. Your first stop will be the Black Desert, an area known for its dark-colored volcanic rocks. At 12:00 PM, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at El Haize Oasis.
After lunch, you’ll continue your adventure towards the Valley of Agabat, arriving around 3:00 PM. This remote valley is located deep within the White Desert, a truly otherworldly location. At 4:30 PM, you’ll explore the White Desert National Park, one of Egypt's most famous desert destinations, known for its stunning white rock formations and tranquil beauty. As the sun begins to set at 5:30 PM, you'll set up camp and enjoy the spectacular views of the changing colors in the sky.
As the sky transitions from soft pink to vibrant orange, the rock formations take on an ethereal glow, and the silence of the desert surrounds you. At 6:30 PM, you’ll gather around a small fire, enjoying a simple yet delicious Bedouin dinner of chicken, rice, and vegetables. The peace and beauty of the desert make the meal feel like nothing you’ve ever tasted before.

This crystal hill is made up of quartzite crystals, and it glistens beautifully under the sun, making it a must-see natural wonder in Egypt.

Next, enjoy a relaxing Felucca boat ride around Elephantine Island, taking in the beautiful views of the Nile. Continue to the Aswan High Dam, a massive rock-fill structure that controls the flow of the Nile and creates Lake Nasser, one of the world’s largest reservoirs. The dam, completed in 1968, has played a critical role in Egypt’s water management and energy production since its inauguration in 1971. Afterward, visit the Unfinished Obelisk, an ancient monument that provides insight into how the Egyptians crafted their stone structures. This massive obelisk, weighing over 1,000 tons, was never completed, but its size and the details of its construction process offer a fascinating look into ancient engineering.
You will then enjoy lunch at a Nile-view restaurant before being transferred to your 5-star hotel for check-in. Spend the night in Aswan, reflecting on the day’s unforgettable experiences.
8) Day 8- Abu Simbel Temples & Luxor
Start your day with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Aswan, accompanied by your private tour guide, to embark on an unforgettable journey to the Abu Simbel temples. These iconic temples, carved into the mountainside on the west bank of the Nile River, were built during the reign of Ramses II and his wife Queen Nefertari between 1274 and 1244 BC. The Great Temple is dedicated to Ramses II, Ra-Harakhty, Amun Ra, and Ptah, and is guarded by four massive statues of the Pharaoh. The second temple, dedicated to Queen Nefertari and the goddess Hathor, is equally impressive. Both temples were meticulously dismantled and relocated to higher ground to protect them from the rising waters of Lake Nasser, showcasing one of UNESCO’s greatest preservation achievements.
After your Abu Simbel temple tour, return to Aswan for a relaxing lunch. Then, you'll be transferred to the train station to board your first-class train to Luxor. It was the most important site for the worship of the Theban Triad: Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. As you explore, you’ll see the massive Hypostyle Hall, grand obelisks, and towering pylons that highlight the architectural grandeur of ancient Egypt.
Next, we will visit the Luxor Temple, a breathtaking ancient site built mainly by Pharaoh Amenhotep III of the New Kingdom and later completed by Tutankhamun and Ramses II. The First Pylon of Luxor Temple, erected by Ramses II, is decorated with scenes of the Battle of Kadesh, showcasing his military prowess and grandeur. Both temples, located along the Nile, offer an incredible glimpse into the rich history and culture of Egypt’s New Kingdom.
After an awe-inspiring day, you will return to your Luxor hotel for an overnight stay, reflecting on the monumental wonders of Karnak and Luxor Temples.
10) Day 10- Valley of the Kings & Hurghada
After check-out from your hotel in Luxor, you will be escorted by your private tour guide to explore the wonders of the West Bank of Luxor, starting with the iconic Valley of the Kings. Once known as the "Great Place of the Truth," this valley is now famously called the Valley of the Kings. Nestled behind Deir el-Bahari, the valley is dominated by the pyramid-shaped mountain peaks, creating an awe-inspiring atmosphere.
