After breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo to begin your exciting day exploring the Pyramids of Giza, including Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. You will also visit the famous Great Sphinx, dating back to ancient times, and explore the Valley Temple.

Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant in Giza before heading to the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square. The museum houses a rare collection of over 250,000 authentic artifacts, including treasures from the tomb of Tutankhamun-gold, jewelry, and artifacts that remained hidden for over 3,500 years. If you wish to visit the Mummies Hall to see the royal mummies, please inform your guide. The walls of the temple depict the famous myth of Horus and Seth, likely performed as an annual religious drama.

At 09:30, you will sail to Kom Ombo. Enjoy a lunch on board during the sail at 12:30. At 15:30, you will arrive in Kom Ombo, where you’ll visit the Kom Ombo Temple, located 40 km north of Aswan. This temple is dedicated to the deities Sobek (the crocodile god) and Horus, and was mainly constructed during the Ptolemaic and Roman periods (332 B.C.- 395 A.D.).

At 17:30, continue sailing towards Aswan. Enjoy a delicious dinner on board while you sail. At 21:00, you will arrive in Aswan and spend the night aboard the cruise.

Today, you'll explore Aswan's top attractions, beginning with a visit to the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Next, visit the Aswan High Dam, located at the border of Egypt and Sudan, where you'll learn about this impressive rock-fill dam. Completed in 1968, it created Lake Nasser, one of the world’s largest artificial lakes. The Unfinished Obelisk will also be on your itinerary, offering insight into ancient Egyptian construction techniques. Standing at nearly 42 meters, it would have weighed 1168 tons if completed.
