Refund and Cancellation Policy Strict Non-Refundable Framework – Refunds Subject to Written Authorization Only Effective Date: 01.01.2026 Website: https://a1toureg.com All bookings confirmed by A1TOUREG (“Company”) are legally binding upon written confirmation. A1TOUREG operates as a tourism marketing and booking coordination platform established in the Arab Republic of Egypt and cooperates with independent, duly licensed third-party service providers responsible for executing the booked services. Upon confirmation of a booking, all payments made by the Client are deemed final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. By proceeding with payment, the Client irrevocably acknowledges and accepts this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full. No automatic statutory or contractual right of cancellation or refund arises after booking confirmation, except where mandatory law expressly requires otherwise. The Company does not guarantee refunds under any circumstances. Any refund consideration is strictly conditional and subject to written authorization. A refund may only be considered if a formal written cancellation request is submitted through official Company communication channels, the relevant independent Service Provider confirms refund eligibility in writing, and the refundable amount is actually recovered by the Company from the Service Provider. The Company has no obligation to advance, substitute, or pre-finance any refund pending supplier recovery. In the absence of actual recovery of funds, no refund shall be payable. Without limitation, refunds shall not apply in cases including but not limited to: cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of scheduled service; failure to appear (no-show); late arrival or missed departure; visa denial or immigration refusal; personal scheduling conflicts; illness not covered by independent travel insurance; dissatisfaction due to weather conditions; government permits already issued; airline tickets once issued; cruise reservations once confirmed; peak season or holiday bookings; promotional or discounted reservations; and customized or private itinerary arrangements. In any exceptional case where a refund is authorized, the Company shall deduct administrative coordination fees, supplier penalties, governmental permits and entry fees, banking and transfer charges, currency exchange differentials, payment gateway transaction fees, and all operational or processing costs. Such deductions apply regardless of cancellation timing. The occurrence of a Force Majeure Event—including but not limited to governmental action, natural disaster, public health emergency, transportation disruption, political instability, or security measures—shall not create an automatic refund obligation. In such circumstances, any refund shall be strictly limited to amounts voluntarily returned by the Service Provider. The Company bears no liability for delays, suspensions, or cancellations resulting from Force Majeure Events. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Company’s total financial liability shall not exceed the amount actually received by the Company for the specific booking. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, nor for losses arising from the acts or omissions of independent Service Providers. Refund claims shall in no event exceed the amount actually recoverable from the Service Provider. This Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise. All refund determinations are subject to internal verification, supplier confirmation, and compliance with this Policy. Nothing herein shall be construed as creating an unconditional refund guarantee.
