All tours, excursions, transfers, packages, and travel services presented on this website are independently organized and executed solely by duly licensed Egyptian tour operators acting in their own legal capacity and under their own regulatory responsibility.
Under no circumstances shall A1TOUREG be construed as a tour operator, travel agency, contracting party, merchant of record, employer, partner, joint venturer, representative, guarantor, or service provider in relation to any tourism services.
A1TOUREG exercises no operational control, supervision, management authority, or decision-making power over third-party operators. Accordingly, A1TOUREG bears no liability whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, statutory, contractual, tort-based, or otherwise, arising from or related to:
service performance or non-performance
safety standards, accidents, injuries, or property damage
licensing, permits, regulatory compliance, or insurance
pricing changes, scheduling adjustments, cancellations, or delays
acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of independent operators
All payments for tourism services are made directly to the licensed service provider. A1TOUREG does not collect, process, or remit tourism VAT in relation to service execution.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users and travelers expressly waive any and all claims against A1TOUREG and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A1TOUREG, its owners, affiliates, administrators, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to services provided by independent third-party operators.
Travelers remain solely responsible for verifying visa requirements, travel documentation, insurance coverage, medical suitability, and compliance with all applicable travel laws and regulations.
