1) Day Tour To Pyramids of Giza -Sakkara from Hurghada

You will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada at 03:00 by Marsa Alam representative, to enjoy a great excursion to The Pyramids of Cheops , Chephren, and Mykerinus . Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, which dates back to the time of Chephren and visit the Valley Temple .
Move to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world's oldest major stone structure. It was built in the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser. Then Proceed to have your lunch at a local restaurant. Then drive to Hurghada

Frequently Asked Questions

The Step Pyramid of Saqqara was built around 2630 BC by the architect Imhotep for Pharaoh Djoser. It is the world's oldest standing stone structure and the precursor to the smooth-sided Giza pyramids. The surrounding complex includes mastaba tombs and ancient temples.

Visiting both sites tells the complete story of pyramid evolution in ancient Egypt — from Djoser's experimental step pyramid at Saqqara to the perfected smooth pyramids at Giza. The two sites are only about 20 km apart, making a combined day trip very practical.

The Egyptian Museum may be included depending on time — discuss with your guide on the day. The Giza and Saqqara sites alone require 4–5 hours. If the museum is a priority for you, mention it at booking time so the itinerary can be adjusted accordingly.

Pickup from your Hurghada hotel is at 03:00 AM to allow for the 6-hour drive, arriving in Giza around 09:00. This early start is essential to have enough time to properly explore both the Giza plateau and Saqqara before the return drive.
