Two day trip to luxor from el gouna

Here you will find the tombs of rulers such as Ramses II and the young king Tutankhamun. You will then continue to the spectacular Temple of Hatshepsut, one of the most beautifully designed and best-preserved temples of Ancient Egypt. Your West Bank tour concludes with a stop at the famous Colossi of Memnon, two massive seated statues of Amenhotep III. These monumental sculptures- carved from quartzite sandstone originally quarried near Cairo and transported over 700 km to Luxor -are the last remains of what was once a grand mortuary temple.
