Day 1 covers Luxor's West Bank (Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut, Colossi) and a drive to Aswan. Day 2 begins at 04:00 with the Abu Simbel excursion (3.5 hours south of Aswan), followed by Philae Temple and the High Dam before returning to Port Ghalib.
The overnight stay is in Aswan, usually at a 4 or 5-star hotel along the Nile. Breakfast is included the following morning before the early departure to Abu Simbel. The hotel is centrally located near the main attractions.
