Board your flight to Cairo, The flight department at Cairo at 5:30 AM where one of our team will be on hand to welcome and assist you on arrival.

  • 2) Welcome to Cairo — Tour of the Giza Pyramids

Your private Egyptologist guide will lead you through the magnificent Pyramids of Cheops , Chephren, and Mykerinus , the iconic Sphinx bearing the head of a pharaoh atop a lion's body — a monument tracing its origins to the reign of King Chephren — along with the Valley Temple of the Pyramid of Chephren.

  • 3) A Stop at the Papyrus Institute

Discover how the ancient Egyptians produced the world's first paper using the Papyrus plant — and if authentic papyrus souvenirs are on your shopping list, this is exactly the place to find them

  • 4) Lunch with a View at Pyramids View Restaurant

Sit down for a relaxing lunch at a local Cairo eatery with stunning views at the Pyramids View Restaurant

  • 5) Exploring the Egyptian Museum

Next on the itinerary is the Egyptian Museum , home to a breathtaking treasury of Pharaonic artefacts. Housing a priceless collection spanning 5,000 years of art, it stands as the world's greatest repository of ancient Egyptian heritage. More than 250,000 authentic pieces are on display, among them a celebrated exhibit showcasing the treasures, gold, and jewellery from Tutankhamen's tomb — objects sealed away for over 3,500 years until their discovery in the 1920s.

Should you wish to visit the royal mummies hall, ask your guide to arrange a visit to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, which requires a separate admission fee of 200 Egyptian Pounds. Note that the New Grand Museum has not yet opened to the public and is expected to welcome visitors towards the end of 2021 or in 2022.

  • 6) Shopping at Khan El Khalili Bazaar

Head into the heart of Islamic Cairo to wander through the winding lanes of Khan El Khalili, one of the city's most historic and atmospheric market quarters.
