Giftun Island is part of a protected marine national park in the Red Sea, just off the coast of El Gouna and Hurghada. Its waters are exceptionally clear and the coral reefs are vibrant and diverse. The island is one of the finest snorkeling and diving destinations in the entire Red Sea.
The tour includes hotel transfers from El Gouna, a full day aboard a comfortable snorkeling boat, two to three snorkel stops at different reef locations around Giftun, all snorkeling equipment, a fresh fish barbecue lunch, unlimited soft drinks and water.
Giftun Island's reefs are home to sea turtles, white-tip reef sharks, manta rays, moray eels, clown fish, angelfish, parrotfish, and hundreds of other species. The coral formations are some of the most intact in the Red Sea, making each snorkel an underwater spectacle.
No prior experience is required. Our friendly marine guides provide brief instructions before each snorkel session, covering breathing technique and basic water safety. Beginners, families, and non-swimmers (with life jackets) are all welcome to enjoy the stunning reefs.

1) Giftun Island Snorkeling Tour
A1toureg Representative will collect you from your Hotel in El Gouna for the Drive to El Gouna Marina. On arrival, you will be taken to the Boat Jetty to board your boat. Then setting sail towards Giftun Island, part of the preserved National Park on the Red Sea and enjoy a delicious barbecue meal onboard including freshly grilled fish.
The Captain will then drop anchor at a private sandy beach with time allowed to swim, snorkel, dive or just relax and do some sunbathing then sailing back to the Jetty for your return transfer to your Hotel in El Gouna Red Sea.
