Frequently Asked Questions

The tour starts with a pickup from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. Our driver will collect you at the agreed time and transfer you to the activity location. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at the specified pickup time.

The experience includes: horse riding session through desert trails, safety helmet, guide, and hotel transfers. Professional instructor or guide is provided throughout. All necessary safety equipment is supplied.

This horse riding is suitable for most ages and experience levels. No prior experience is required as our professional guides provide full instruction. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

Please bring comfortable clothing appropriate for horse riding, sunscreen, a hat, and plenty of water. Swimwear is recommended for water-based activities. For cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance, a full refund is provided. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be refundable.
