The swim with dolphins experience in Hurghada takes you to the Dolphin House (Shaab Samadai) reef, a natural lagoon that is home to a resident pod of spinner dolphins. You'll snorkel in the protected area alongside the wild dolphins in their natural environment — an extraordinarily intimate and joyful encounter with these intelligent marine mammals.
Yes! The swim with dolphins experience at Dolphin House is widely regarded as one of the most responsible wild dolphin encounters in the world. The dolphins at Shaab Samadai are completely free and choose when to approach humans. There is no captivity, feeding, or training involved. Strict guidelines are followed to minimize disturbance to the dolphins.
Basic swimming ability is helpful but not required. Life jackets and snorkeling equipment are provided, so you can observe the dolphins from the surface even if you're not a strong swimmer. Children are very welcome — they often have the best dolphin encounters as the animals are naturally curious about young humans.
The full trip is approximately 8 hours. After pickup from your Hurghada hotel, you travel to the marina and board the boat for a 1.5–2 hour sail to Dolphin House. You spend 3–4 hours at the reef, then sail back and return to your hotel in the afternoon. Lunch and snorkeling equipment are included.

2) Rules of swimming with dolphin
Please learn the following rules before swimming with dolphins.
During the session, our team of qualified operators will perform professional photographic coverage and video recording of this memorable day. A DVD with your swimming session is 35$, one photo (148x210 mm) is 10$. You will be able to watch the photos right after swimming and choose those that appeal to you more. The video recording will be delivered to your hotel.
If you are unwilling to enter the pool, Dolphin World offers you to contact dolphins from the pool platform. You can play with dolphins, hug them and even kiss them! The service "Contact with dolphins" cost the same as swimming with dolphins.
