The semi-submarine (seascope) is a boat with an underwater viewing cabin below the waterline. Passengers sit in the glass-windowed lower level and observe coral reefs and marine life passing by, without getting wet. It is dry, comfortable, and suitable for all ages.
No swimming or getting wet is required at all. The semi-submarine viewing cabin is fully enclosed and dry throughout the journey. Passengers board via a ladder from the boat deck and descend into the comfortable observation cabin.
The total excursion lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours, including hotel pickup, transfer to Port Ghalib marina, boarding, the underwater viewing session of approximately 45 minutes, and return transfer to your hotel.
You will glide alongside vibrant coral reefs inhabited by colourful tropical fish, parrotfish, angelfish, and occasionally rays, sea turtles, and moray eels. The route follows the best sections of the reef, and a guide narrates the marine life as you pass.
