Guests are treated to a generous selection of classic Lebanese mezze — including hummus, tabbouleh, fattoush, and kibbeh — before moving on to hearty grilled meats and fresh seafood. Vegetarian dishes are readily available. Soft drinks form part of the package; any alcoholic beverages are charged separately.
The tour generally departs in the late afternoon at around 4:00 PM, with the city exploration segment running for roughly 2 hours. Dinner service at the restaurant commences at approximately 7:00 PM and concludes around 10:00 PM. Guests are typically dropped back at their hotel between 10:30 and 11:00 PM.
