The large unfinished obelisk in the Northern Quarries has provided valuable insight into how these monuments were created, although the full construction process is still not entirely clear. Three sides of the shaft, nearly 42m long, were completed except for the inscriptions.     Sailing on the Renaissance Nile Cruise was like a dream come true. The journey from Aswan to Luxor was filled with historical adventures and breathtaking landscapes. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made us feel at home. It's a must-do for anyone visiting Egypt!
